Bats, moths and stars

Welcome to International Dark Sky Week!
Join us and the Stewart Island/Rakiura Community and Environment Trust for a night of ‘Bats, Moths, & Stars’ on Sunday 7th April at Traill Park in Oban!
We’ll have the bat detectors to listen for bats, a telescope and binoculars for looking at the stars, and a moth trap to search for New Zealand’s rarest moth – the Frosted Phoenix!
Meet at 7pm at the SIRCET nursery, and dress warmly
